Frequently asked questions
Do I need to give my bandmates a paid account?
No. When you invite bandmates to your band, they can join and access everything for free. Only the band admin (you) needs a paid plan — your whole band benefits from it.
Can I manage multiple bands with one account?
Yes. The Pro plan supports up to 5 bands, and the Manager plan supports unlimited bands — all under one login. Switch between them instantly from the dashboard.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays safe. If you downgrade to the Free plan, you'll still have access to your account with Free plan limits. You can export your data at any time by contacting us.
Is there a mobile app?
ShowBuilder is a fully responsive web app that works great on any device — phone, tablet, or desktop. No app download needed.
What is the Free plan discontinuation?
The Free plan will be retired on July 1, 2026. After that date, a paid plan will be required to continue using ShowBuilder. We'll notify you in advance so you have plenty of time to upgrade.
